In short: free shipping from €100 to Spain and the European Union. Below that amount, €6.99 to Spain and €8.99 to the EU; rest of the world, €12.99. Your order arrives in 15-21 days, often sooner, and always with a tracking number.
Delivery Times
We work with international warehouses, which allows us to offer you prices well below the market. The trade-off is that delivery times are longer than those of a store with local stock. We prefer to tell you this clearly before you make a purchase.

- Transit to destination: 18 days on average
- Estimated total time: 15-21 days
Many orders arrive sooner than this. We still give you the full timeframe to be transparent with you, so there are no surprises.
In no case will the delivery period exceed 30 calendar days from the formalization of the order, in accordance with Spanish consumer regulations. If for any reason we cannot comply, we will notify you and you can terminate the contract with a full refund.
If you are buying for a specific date
If the set is a gift for a birthday or for Christmas, order at least 3 weeks in advance. And if you have any doubts, write to us before buying and we'll tell you if it will arrive on time.

The exact shipping cost is always calculated and displayed before you confirm payment. There are no surprises at the end of the process.
Taxes and Customs
Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the rest of the EU: applicable taxes are included in the price you see on the product page. You will not receive any additional charges at the time of delivery.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: we ship there at the same rates as the rest of Spain, but these territories are outside the EU VAT area. On delivery, customs or the carrier may charge local taxes (IGIC or IPSI) and handling fees, which are not included in the price. If in doubt, write to us before buying.
Rest of the world: your country's import duties and taxes are not included in the price or in the shipping cost. They are collected by customs or the carrier on delivery, and the amount depends on each country's rules.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we will send you the tracking number by email along with the link to check its status. Please note that it may take 3 to 5 days to show updates after shipping: this is normal and does not mean the package is stuck.
Separate Shipments
If your order includes several items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates, as they may be dispatched from different warehouses. This does not incur any additional cost for you, and you will receive a tracking number for each package.
Incorrect Address or Uncollected Package
Please double-check your address before confirming your order. If the shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or not being collected on time, we will have to charge you the cost of re-shipment. If you detect an error, write to us as soon as possible: if the order has not yet been dispatched, we will correct it free of charge.
Incidents
If your order is delayed more than expected or tracking stops updating, please write to us at starbrickstore@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and provide you with a solution.
