1. Identification

2. Purpose and acceptance

These conditions regulate the sale of products through starbrick.store. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and that you accept these conditions in their entirety. We recommend reading them before buying and keeping a copy.

3. Products

We sell block building sets and collectible items from independent manufacturers. Star Brick does not sell LEGO products and has no relationship, sponsorship, or association with LEGO or any other toy brand. When a reference to another brand's set is mentioned in a product sheet, it is solely for descriptive or compatibility purposes.

We strive for images and descriptions to be as accurate as possible. There may be slight variations in tone between the photograph and the actual product due to screen calibration.

Recommended age and safety

Our products are recommended for ages 14 and over. They contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old due to choking hazards.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you confirm payment. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, although the price in force at the time of placing your order will always apply.

5. Purchase process

Select products and add them to the cart.
Complete your shipping and billing information.
Review the order summary, including shipping costs.
Confirm payment.

You will receive a confirmation email. The contract is understood to be perfected at that moment. If we detect a manifest error in the price or a lack of availability, we will notify you and you can cancel the order with a full refund.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown on the checkout screen. Transactions are processed via encrypted connection by external payment providers. Star Brick does not store your card data at any time.

7. Shipping and delivery

Check delivery times, zones, and costs on our shipping and delivery times page. The maximum delivery time is 30 calendar days from the formalization of the order.

8. Withdrawal and returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase. The complete procedure is detailed on our returns and refunds page.

9. Warranty

Products have the legal warranty of conformity of 3 years provided for in current Spanish regulations.

10. Responsibility

Our responsibility is limited to the amount of the order. We are not responsible for damages derived from a use of the product different from the intended use or from non-compliance with age and safety recommendations.

11. Data protection

We process your data in accordance with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD. See the details in our privacy policy.

12. Legislation and claims

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can go to the courts of your domicile. You can also direct your claim to the Consumer Arbitration Board or to the consumer services of your autonomous community.
